Nebraska baseball is preparing to face Northeastern on Friday in the Fayetteville Regional of the NCAA Tournament. The Huskers are in the regional alongside NJIT and the national No. 1 seed Arkansas.
Coach Will Bolt spoke with the media on Thursday following the Huskers’ practice. As for the regional selection, he wasn’t concerned about where Nebraska was placed and spoke about the team’s approach heading into Friday.
“I think its going to be a lot of fun,” Bolt said. “I don’t know that any of our guys felt anything other than, ‘Hey, we’ve got a chance to go play in a regional in a great environment.'”
