Nebraska baseball is 3-1 to begin its season. The Huskers’ pitchers stepped up against Purdue, as well as the freshmen. That included infielder Max Anderson.
“Throwing those guys in the fire and seeing them respond the way they did was very impressive,” Coach Will Bolt said on Wednesday.
Nebraska heads to Minneapolis for the upcoming weekend to play both Ohio State and Iowa. The Huskers will first face the Buckeyes on Friday at 3 p.m. CT. It will be broadcast on BTN+.
