The New York Times exposed a major story within the walls of ESPN, one the network tried for months to resolve without too much more being made of it. Erin Sorensen and Sausha Durkan discuss that story, which involves Rachel Nichols and her thoughts on Maria Taylor’s growth within the company. They also discuss being a true ally (and not just a performative one) and, once again, how it’s OK to keep checking ourselves in order to grow.
