Nebraska fell to 4-7 on the season—and 0-4 in Big Ten play—after an 84-77 loss to No. 17 Michigan State on Saturday night. Fred Hoiberg met with the media afterward to discuss the loss. The head coach saw improvement but knows the wins have to follow.
“We’ve got to find a way to play a complete 40 minutes,” Hoiberg said post-game. “But I thought we took a step forward tonight.”
