WATCH: Fred Hoiberg Talks Roster, Coaches and more Ahead of Michigan State Matchup

February 05, 2021

The last time Nebraska basketball played a game? Sunday, Jan. 10.

The Huskers are on the road following an extended time off due to a COVID-19 outbreak on the team. They’ll face Michigan State on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. CT.

Coach Fred Hoiberg said on Friday that he’ll have his full active roster available for the matchup, but added that he’ll have to be careful with how he utilizes them. Nebraska will be without two assistants though, as Hoiberg said Doc Sadler and Bobby Lutz will not travel with the team moving forward. He doesn’t feel it’s worth the risk at this time.
