Nebraska’s 2017 quarterback commit Tristan Gebbia visited with Hail Varsity after Calabasas’ first round playoff game. He talked about his senior season and what he’s looking forward to most about playing for the Huskers. He also discussed what excites about the style of offense Nebraska wants to run.
“I’d probably say, you know, that we’re going to be in the best position to win ball games every time,” Gebbia said. “If that’s running the ball, then we’re going to run the ball and we’re going to do to a really good job at running the football. That’s something that we did really well tonight in the run game and it kind of opened things up for the pass game and I think that’s a great way to play football. Coach Langsdorf and Coach Riley are great offensive minds and I’m just looking forward to getting up there and seeing what they can put together.”
