Nebraska received a surprise on Wednesday when 2018 4-star ATH Eric Fuller verbally committed to the Huskers. He made the announcement on Twitter.

Fuller received an offer from Nebraska on Sept. 23, 2016 but has yet to visit. He had been recruited heavily by cornerbacks coach Donte Williams since he was hired to Nebraska’s staff in December. Prior to committing, Fuller held 11 offers, including Louisville, Oklahoma, Michigan, UCLA and USC.
Nebraska now has three commits in its 2018 class, including 4-star tight end Cameron Jurgens and 3-star defensive tackle Masry Mapieu. It’s still early but Fuller’s commitment creates a big boost for Nebraska’s 2018 class.
