This weekend, Nebraska hosted seven official visitors. It was a highly-anticipated weekend in Lincoln that everyone has been building up to with the Big Red BBQ and the second Friday Night Lights camp.
One of the players that was in Lincoln for an official was 4-star (HV Rating: 90.5) cornernack Joshuah Moten.

The former Penn State commit told Hail Varsity that he loved the trip to Lincoln. Moten said that over the weekend, he ate a whole lot, toured campus and get to check out all the facilities Nebraska had to offer.
He also had a fellow cornerback as his player host for the weekend.
“Dicaprio Bootle was my player host and I got along with D-cap and the guys really well,” he said.
One of the things that is great about these visits is that you can put a face to the voice a prospect has spoken with over the phone or exchanged text messages with. That was certainly the case for Moten who got to spend time with the coach that would be his position coach in Lincoln, Travis Fisher, as well as head coach Scott Frost.
“They are great. Coach Fisher and Coach Frost are both great guys and I loved being around them,” Moten explained.
The Maryland defender took an official visit to Texas A&M the weekend of June 14. After taking the official visit to Nebraska, he told me that the Huskers are now one of his top schools. When I spoke with him, he stated that he will probably make a decision before the season starts and confirmed that with a tweet shortly after our interview.
Commitment July 2nd…. 🖤

The Huskers appear to be in great position to lock down another true cornerback prospect in this cycle.
