The Nebraska Huskers have received a Christmas surprise with the commitment of linebacker Andrew Ward. A 3-star with an 83.5 composite ranking per Hail Varsity, the Muskegon, Michigan, recruit is Nebraska’s first commitment since September. Ward made the announcement via Twitter.

Ward is Nebraska’s final linebacker commit for the 2017 class, joining Avery Roberts and Willie Hampton.
