Nebraska secured another verbal commitment post-spring game, this time from athlete Chase Williams. He shared the news via Twitter.

Williams is considered a 4-star athlete with a 91.7 rating, according to Hail Varsity’s composite. He hails from Corona, California, where he plays for Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
The offer to Williams is fairly new, with the Huskers only offering him on April 2. He was then in Lincoln for the spring game on April 15. Nebraska clearly left an impression on the 6-1, 175 pound athlete, as he committed within the week of his visit.
