Athlete Mario Goodrich has verbally committed to Nebraska after plenty of speculation. He made the announcement via Twitter.

Goodrich is considered a 4-star athlete with a 90.0 rating according to Hail Varsity’s national composite. The Huskers are recruiting him as a cornerback.
He spoke with Hail Varsity after his Nebraska offer on Jan. 18, saying he had been waiting for an offer from the Huskers. Goodrich was looking for a stable program with strong relationships, which he got to see from Nebraska on April 15.
“The main thing I’ll be looking at is the relationship between the coach and the players and if the environment is a stable one,” Goodrich said. “I want to know that the coaches recruiting me will still be there when I get to campus.”
