Nebraska has sent out its second new offer in the span of two days and it’s to another defensive player.
John Waggoner, a 4-star defensive end out of West Des Moines, Iowa, is the latest Huskers offer. The stout defensive lineman (6-5, 245) is considered to be the best player in state of Iowa in the 2018 class.

He holds offers from Iowa, Florida, Michigan, Ohio State and LSU among others with more than 15 Power 5 offers overall.
It will be interesting to see just how much ground the Huskers have to make up here as Iowa is certainly one of the schools to beat for Waggoner’s signature. Securing a visit from the versatile defender would be a great step.
