The Huskers added some pass rush help on Tuesday.
Nebraska added a piece for Erik Chinander’s 2020 defense when 3-star (HV Rating: 81.5) defensive end/outside linebacker Junior Aho committed. He announced his decision via Twitter.

The unique prospect (6-3, 255) originally hails from Nice, France. He first arrived in the United States in January. He has only been playing football since 2015 but accepted an opportunity to play JUCO ball at New Mexico Military Institute. It’s the same school that produced former defensive back Zach Bowman.
Aho made an impact immediately. During his freshman year at NMMI, he recorded 37 tackles, eight for loss, 3.5 sacks and a fumble recovery that he returned for a touchdown. Those stats helped him to become a first-team All-SWJCFC selection.

The Huskers’ latest commit held double-digit scholarship offers including Minnesota, Kansas and SMU. He is a four-for-three prospect so he will have four years to play three seasons. Aho picked up his offer earlier this month. He and JUCO inside linebacker Jamoi Hodge are the 14th and 15th known commitments for the 2020 recruiting class.
