Nebraska hosted three official visitors on Saturday for the matchup with Purdue. All three hailed from Georgia.
Among the trio of Peach State prospects was 3-star (HV Rating: 86.4) offensive lineman Jeremy James. The Ole Miss commit made the trip to Lincoln from Cumming, Georgia, with his parents. Nebraska needs to continue to bolster its offensive line, so did the Huskers do enough to get into the mix with the lineman?
Here is the full transcript of James' interview with Hail Varsity:
What did you think of the visit overall?
“It was really good, I really enjoyed it.”
How long have you been in contact with the staff?
“I was in talks with them a lot in the spring time. Also, some over the summer.”
How would you describe the relationship with Greg Austin?

Would you say you are still keeping options open?
“We had planned to take an official visit to Nebraska about this time early in the summer. Even once I committed to Ole Miss, we thought we should keep that. We wanted to see how things were up there.”
Did Nebraska give you something to think about?
“I mean, I'm still with Ole Miss right now but it was a good visit. I enjoyed the visit. They [Nebraska] have a good case. I really enjoyed being up there.”
