Lynn visited Lincoln for the spring game in April, and while he didn't come away from that trip with an offer it was clear Nebraska had made an impact.
“Oh man, I loved that visit,” Lynn said in April. “The biggest thing for me was the fan base. It was just insane. It was so welcoming . . . That’s just something I can’t really turn away from. I really love all the coaching staff. I think Nebraska, they’re going to have a big year this year. Other teams better watch out. Last year they went 4-8 but this year I think they have a good shot of going 10-3 or something like that.”
Lynn chose Nebraska over offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, Colorado State, Oklahoma State and Utah among others. He's the Huskers' third offensive lineman committed in the 2019 class joining junior college prospect Desmond Bland and Louisiana recruit Matthew Anderson.
