There has been a shake-up on the visitor list this weekend for the Huskers.
Nebraska is back at home under the lights this Saturday against Northwestern. That provides the Huskers with an opportunity to have visitors back on campus. The team still has room in the 2022 class for four or five prospects.
Florida athlete London Hall was scheduled to come to Lincoln for the game. The Huskers like Hall as a defensive back. There has been a change though and Hall is no longer visiting Nebraska this weekend. Look for the Huskers to continue searching for defensive backs to bring in for official visits later this season.
The Huskers are down one official visitor, but there is some good news. Nebraska will be hosting 2022 Hawaii outside linebacker Ka’eo Akana. The hybrid linebacker (6-3, 205) is committed to Boise State. Akana took his official visit to Boise State during the Sept. 17 weekend.
Nebraska’s 2022 recruiting class currently has eight members. The team doesn’t have a defensive back in the class. Lincoln Southeast’s Jake Appleget is the lone outside linebacker in the class so far.
