Tight end prospect Kurt Rafdal verbally committed to Nebraska on Sunday, making him the 19th commitment in the Huskers’ 2017 class. He shared the news on Twitter.

Rafdal is a 3-star tight end from Carmel, Indiana with an 85.8 composite rating per Hail Varsity. Coach Mike Riley tweeted out an acknowledgement of Radfal’s commitment not long after the tight end broke the news.

Rafdal visited Nebraska the weekend of Jan. 14, sharing a photo from an “amazing weekend.” Since then, Husker fans were left to wonder if Rafdal would pull the trigger. Two weeks later, he made the decision.
