WATCH: What NCAA’s New One-Year Waiver Means for Nebraska in Future

The NCAA Division I Council approved “a one-year waiver of signing and initial counter limits to allow schools to replace up to seven football student-athletes who leave school in the first term.” That left some people with questions, including Theo on Twitter.

“Can you explain how this affects this year’s class? Are we looking at being able to take more 2022 guys now? Or will this go into effect later?”
