Farniok told Hail Varsity (Premium) back in March that “when you know, you know.” On Saturday, Farniok knew.
The 3-star offensive lineman recruit has ties to multiple programs (Iowa State, Oklahoma and Nebraska) thanks to his brothers. His brother, Matt, is currently a redshirt freshman on the Huskers’ offensive line.
While he wasn’t sure what his time frame would look like to commit back in March, he knew he’d commit when the time was right.
“As of right now, I’m not sure when I’ll commit,” Farniok said in March. “I don’t really know. It could be soon, it could be later. I’m just kind of relaxing right now and taking it day-by-day.”
Nebraska’s annual spring game is set for April 15 and Farniok plans to attend.
