Nebraska quarterback Tommy Armstrong was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Armstrong had 378 yards of total offense against Northwestern, which helped the Huskers to a 24-13 win over the Wildcats. He rushed for a career high 132 yards on 13 carries and averaged 10.2 yards per rush. Armstrong also completing 18-of-29 passes for 246 yards and a touchdown.
This is the third Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week for Armstrong in his career.
