Nebraska is one of five Big Ten teams ranked in the Amway Coaches Poll and AP Top 25. Ohio State leads the way at No. 2 in both polls.
The Huskers started the season unranked but have slowly climbed in the rankings after a 4-0 start. This is the highest ranking for Nebraska since being No. 11 prior to facing Wisconsin in early Nov. 2014. Nebraska faces unranked Illinois at home next Saturday, Oct. 1.
