Nebraska has announced the date for the 2019 Red-White Spring game.
Fans will get their first look at the 2019 version of the Huskers on April 13 at Memorial Stadium. Ticket information, game time and other details will be announced in the coming months.
Additionally, the renewal period for season tickets is set to begin next week as invoices will be e-mailed to ticket holders on Monday. Next season’s home slate includes seven games: South Alabama on Aug. 31, Northern Illinois on Sept. 14, Ohio State on Sept. 28, Northwestern on Oct. 5 (Homecoming), Indiana on Oct. 26, Wisconsin on Nov. 16 and Iowa on Nov. 29.
Public prices for tickets have been raised $3 each, the first increase since 2015 when Nebraska raised prices by $1. The season ticket package for the public will be $420, or $60 per game. Faculty and staff tickets will be $392 or $56 per game and student tickets are $168 or $24 per game.
Fans who do not have tickets but are interested in purchasing them can join the 2019 Football Season Ticket Request List by visiting huskers.com/requestlist.
The Huskers went 4-8 in 2018 but all four of those wins came in the second half of the season and will return quarterback Adrian Martinez after a record-setting freshman season, wide receiver JD Spielman and a host of other playmakers for year two under Coach Scott Frost and his staff.
