Nebraska vs. Iowa
Location: Iowa City, Iowa
Date: Friday, Nov. 25
Time: 3 p.m. CT
All things considered, Friday in Iowa City isn’t going to be too bad. It’s November and the day after Thanksgiving could easily be filled with cold, snow and wind. However, this Friday, it’s looking quiet and relatively mild!
If you’re going to be at the game and have tailgating plans, it will be a chilly start to the day with temperatures in the lower 30s shortly after sunrise. Temps will climb into the 40s by 11am and level off in the middle and upper 40s by early in the afternoon. The lower 50s isn’t out of the question! There will be mainly sunny skies with a light west wind.
For the game, we hover in the 40s for most of the game before falling into the 30s after the sun goes down, which is at 4:39pm. There won’t be much of a wind and the sky will be mostly clear. Not much to complain about in the weather department! Here is the hour-by-hour forecast for Iowa City:
Kickoff: A few clouds, upper 40s, west wind at 5 to 15 mph.
Halftime: A few clouds, lower 40s, west wind at 5 to 10 mph.
End of game: A few clouds, middle 30s, west wind at 5 to 10 mph.
