Nebraska-Minnesota 2022: Game Day Forecast and Weather Updates

November 03, 2022

Forecast and updates brought to you by Rusty Dawkins of Husker Weather.

Nebraska vs. Minnesota

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Date: Saturday, Nov. 5

Time: 11 a.m. CT

Current Forecast

If you’re going to be out and about early Saturday morning, there may be a few lingering showers around Lincoln. However, the type of shower will depend on how early you are out.

Temperatures are going to drop into the lower 30s during the early, early morning hours so a little light rain/snow mix is going to be possible! That will quickly change back to light rain by the time the sun comes up and then move out during the mid-morning hours.

As for the game, other than a lingering shower chance early, we’re going to have decent November weather for the game. We’ll start with plenty of clouds but should see the sun by the end of the game. We’ll slowly warm up during the day with a bit of a southwest breeze picking up throughout the day. Here is the hour-by-hour forecast for Lincoln:

Kickoff: Small rain chance, mostly cloudy, 42 degrees, southwest wind at 5 to 15 mph.

Halftime: Partly cloudy, 50 degrees, southwest wind at 10 to 20 mph.

End of game: Partly cloudy, 55 degrees, southwest wind at 10 to 20 mph.
