The University of Nebraska released its official throwback jerseys for the upcoming season on Tuesday. This year’s alternate jerseys celebrate 100 years of Memorial Stadium and, as a result, harken back to Husker football days of yore.

Two key details standout in the Husker alternate jerseys. The first noticeable change is the blue outline on the numbers. The second, a more subtle quirk of the alternate jerseys, is script on the sleeves. Words etched into Memorial Stadium are printed in the two white stripes on the jersey’s sleeves. Along with unchanged white pants and red stripes, the tops also feature a commemorative patch on the left breast.
