That didn’t take long. Nebraska wide receiver Stanley Morgan Jr. will sign an undrafted free agent deal with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Morgan was the first Husker to have more than 1,000 yards receiving in a season. He finished his senior season with 70 catches for 1,004 yards. He also has the most receptions (189) and yards (2,747 yards) in Nebraska history.
Morgan received an invite to the NFL Combine and seemed like the top guy of the group after the first 1,000-yard receiving season in Nebraska program history. An unofficial 40 time of 4.53 tied him for 21st among receivers at the event. Fourteen reps on the bench tied him for 20th.
The rest of his results:
- second in three-cone drill
- tied for seventh in vertical
- fourth in 20-yard shuttle
- tied for ninth in broad jump
While many expected Morgan to be drafted, he was still able to quickly find a home. And as former Nebraska linebacker Will Compton pointed out, this is only the beginning for all those who sign UDFA deals.
S/o to the 8th rounders!!!
Keep your heads down and weather all of the bull shit adversity!
Continue to adapt, improvise, and overcome all odds and just know your story will be that much sweeter🤙🏼
From one UDFA stud to another. 🍻
