Scott Frost to Nebraska has been the talk of the town for a few weeks now, but things really ramped up when Brett McMurphy tweeted (while Central Florida was still playing in the American Athletic Conference Championhip Game) that the deal was done, confimring earlier reports by others.
Source: Scott Frost has agreed to 7-year, $35 million deal with Nebraska, but in days leading up today’s AAC title game was still having some “serious cold feet & remorse.” @LarsAnderson71 previously reported contract figures

With that, the flood gates opened and the reaction rolled.

Jacob is in his third year with Hail Varsity covering Husker athletics. He has also written extensively for SB Nation’s Bright Side of the Sun and The Creightonian. His love of basketball can best be described as an obsession and if you need to find him, he’s probably in a gym somewhere watching, coaching or playing hoops.
