Coach Scott Frost “wanted to see a team that was out there having fun, playing for each other and that didn’t make any dumb mistakes” against Rutgers, but that didn’t pan out in the first half. In fact, Frost said the Huskers “failed miserably” at doing those things.
The second half though? “I was really impressed with the fight,” he said following the 28-21 win over Rutgers.
