Putting in the Extra Work

It's always good to have a game plan for the opposition then go and execute it when it's game time. Last week my team and I did that as we played Giddings and went on to win 59-21.

This week we face Halletsville, a team only 15 minutes down the road and we share the same area code so that fact right there should tell you how important this game is not only us but our community as well. Our three wins have been by an average of 31 points which leaves me with no doubt in my mind that we will be more than ready.

All the hard work we put in during the summer in the heat is paying off for us; it's really starting to show.

I'd always do extra work after everybody else left just to make sure that I was ahead of my opponent, I've taken back three punt returns 90-plus yards. I have 500 yards receiving and 200 yards rushing in just four games along with 17 tackles and two interceptions.

It doesn't stop here. I'm just getting started!
