Huskers Extend a New Offer for a 2018 Tackle

October 12, 2017

The offensive tackle spot in the 2018 recruiting class has been a bit of a mystery. Nebraska thought it had its man in 3-star Chris Bleich from Plymouth, Pennsylvania, but he committed suddenly to UCLA in June. There have been other targets surface here and there but Nebraska hasn't sent out many new offers.

That’s changed a bit recently though and the latest offensive tackle offer went out yesterday to 3-star Jarrett Patterson‍. The Arizona State commit (6-5, 285) is from powerhouse Mission Viejo High School in California, which has produced a number of Division I football players including Mark Sanchez.
