Nebraska vs. Michigan Kickoff Time Announced

September 10, 2018

There was talk that Nebraska's trip to Ann Arbor this season would be a night-cap. Instead, it'll lead off the day.

The Big Ten announced Monday that Nebraska's Sept. 22 game against No. 21 Michigan (1-1) will kick off at 11 a.m. CT in Ann Arbor. FS1 will carry the broadcast.

The Wolverines opened their season with a 24-17 loss to No. 12 Notre Dame on the road. In Shea Patterson's debut, the Michigan quarterback went 20-for-30 for 227 yards and an interception; he also fumbled on the team's final possession, sealing the win for the Irish. The Wolverines only had one offensive touchdown on the day.

In Week 2, Michigan rebounded by blasting Western Michigan 49-3. Patterson looked more comfortable as he was tasked with less. He completed 12-of-17 passes for 127 yards while the Michigan running game produced a 308-yard day on 35 carries. The Wolverines averaged 8.8 yards a carry and scored three times on the ground.

Through two games, Michigan's defense ranks second in the conference in yards allowed per game.
