Recruiting never stops and it's easy to miss the top stories day-to-day. Recruiting analyst Greg Smith recaps all things Nebraska recruiting news, analysis and more so you never miss a thing.

Nebraska’s camp schedule has been set. On Thursday, junior college recruiting coordinator and running backs coach Ryan Held sent out a tweet encouraging prospects to sign up for one of Nebraska’s camps.

Here is the camp schedule Nebraska has set now (which is still subject to change).

  • April 6: Coaches Clinic
  • June 2: Team Camp
  • June 6: Football 101
  • June 8: Youth Camp
  • June 9: 7-on-7 Camp
  • June 11: Women’s Clinic
  • June 12: Football 202
  • June 14: Friday Night Lights

The Friday Night Lights camp has garnered quite a bit of attention since the event started under former coach Mike Riley. Last year, several Nebraska commits attended the event (though not all competed on the field). In addition, several 2020 targets attended last year’s event, including offensive lineman Turner Corcoran‍, and in-state wide receivers Zavier Betts‍ and Xavier Watts‍.
