Andi Jackson, a 6-foot-2 2023 middle blocker/outside hitter from Brighton, Colorado, announced her commitment to Nebraska on Instagram on Thursday afternoon.

Jackson was the second player announce her commitment on Thursday following Nebraska’s Dream Team Camp over the weekend. The first was Sioux Falls O’Gorman setter Bergen Reilly.
Jackson averaged a team-best 2.3 kills and 1.2 blocks per set while hitting .363 as a sophomore at Brighton High School, leading the Bulldogs to a 12-4 record this past season. She recorded a double-double in Brighton’s five-set win over Vista PEAK Prep on April 20 with 13 kills on. 520 hitting and 11 blocks and she followed that up with 12 kills and four blocks the following day in a fore-set win over the same team.
Jackson only played in 17 sets as a freshman a Brighton. She plays her club volleyball for The Diff 18 Arete.
John Cook now has three 2022 commits in West Des Moines Valley outside hitter Hayden Kubik, Waverly middle blocker Bekka Allick and Norris setter/defensive specialist Maisie Boesiger and two 2023 commits in Jackson and Reilly.
