It had been a while since Scott Frost had tweeted. Since Aug. 14, to be exact. Nebraska football had lived what felt like a lifetime in that span, started 0-6, finished 4-2, landed eight commits for the 2019 class.
But Frost’s feed was shaken from its slumber Thursday night by Nebraska volleyball’s rally from 2-0 down to beat Illinois and advance to the national championship match where the Huskers will face Stanford on Saturday night.
