Nebraska picked up its third commitment in the first five days of the 2025 contact period as Scottsdale, Arizona, outside hitter Teraya Sigler picked the Huskers.

The 6-foot-2 pin is ranked 20th in her class and seventh among outside hitters according to PrepVolleyball.com, while PrepDig.com has her sixth overall and fourth among left sides.
Sigler averaged 4.5 kills per set on .370 hitting and 3.5 digs per set as a sophomore, leading Horizon to a 32-10 record and a 5A state championship. She put up a season-high 26 kills on .368 hitting, 14 digs, four blocks and an ace in the title match. She recorded five double-doubles overall including a match with 24 kills and a career-high 23 digs.
As a freshman at Phoenix Country Day (Paradise Valley, Arizona), she averaged 5.6 kills per set on .542 hitting and 2.3 digs per set with 69 aces, leading the Eagles to a 29-2 record and a 2A state championship. She reached double-figure kills in every match but one with eight matches of 20 or more. She tied her career-high — set three times — with 29 kills in the state championship, hitting .636 with 12 digs, four blocks and one ace in just three sets. She recorded seven double-doubles.
Sigler plays her club ball with AZ Storm, the same program that produced former Husker All-American Lauren Stivrins.
She joins Mercy (Michigan) setter Campbell Flynn and Lincoln Lutheran (Nebraska) libero Keri Leimbach in Nebraska’s 2025 class.
