Nebraska coach John Cook addressed the media Monday morning after the Huskers took home the Ameritas Players Challenge title over the weekend.
Cook started his press conference by recapping his weekend, which included meeting Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade. The duo were in town for the Nebraska football game on Saturday, as well as for Wade's son 2020 guard Zaire Wade who was on an unofficial basketball visit.
Aside from his weekend, Cook also went on to address Thursday's matchup with Creighton. Cook also said he noticed tickets in the lower bowl are close to $150 per seat now, so he joked that it must be a big matchup. He went on to say he expects Creighton to be a tough matchup for his team ahead of Big Ten play.
"I'm looking forward to a great competition," Cook said.
